Grouting Systems
With reference to the purpose grouting is categorized in to two types. Combination of Epoxy and cement grouting for strengthening purpose. The voids inside concrete structures shall be filled using cement grouting and tiny voids shall be filled using Epoxy grouting. Also Epoxy grouting shall be used to rectify cracks on concrete structures, wearing coats etc.
Combination of PU and cement grouting are waterproofing category grouting. Dampness inside the UG tanks, basements etc. are rectified using cement grouting whereas water dipping areas of underground as well as elevated tanks, basement etc. are rectified using PU grouting. PU grouting is also used to arrest leakages from sunken slab, terrace cracks etc.
